Neon signs, on St. Pauli it sparkles and glitters all year round. But in the run-up to Christmas, the neighborhood also pauses for a bit. Before Corona, Santa Pauli was a Christmas market of a somewhat different kind, in terms of both stalls and the public. In this nordstory, it's Christmas time: whether it's a trendy neighborhood or a sheep barn, whether it's a bakery or a string of lights with a world record length - the Advent season in the northern German states has more to offer than the smell of cookies and a mulled wine stand.
